NSR MC18 front wheel
Anyone know if the MC18 front rim is the same as the NC30's?

Pretty sure that they're a 4" rim compared with the 4.5" NC30 rim.emto wrote:Anyone know if the MC18 front rim is the same as the NC30's?

Ahem, wrong end there
I think some NSR's have 3.5" fronts? I could very well be wrong though! ^^^^

You are wrong! It's easy to find 3" magteks (nsr), but more difficult to find 3.5" magteks (hrc).superlite wrote: I think some NSR's have 3.5" fronts? I could very well be wrong though! ^^^^
Can you tell it's nearly winter in Oz? Not much else to do!

Re: NSR MC18 front wheel
Not 100% on sizes but the VFR wheel is wider than the NSR. VFR stuff fits NSR's so i guess the same can be said for NSR on VFR

Re: NSR MC18 front wheel
The reason I'm asking is that I need a white NC30 front rim and I can't get one over here (Ireland). I've been offered an NSR 3" and the guy's an authority on them, says many NSR owners have converted to VFR forks and retained the NSR wheel. Surely spacers would be an issue and tyre profile? Any input?

Re: NSR MC18 front wheel
Do you just want a 3.5 inch rim or does it have to be a minty fresh 6 spoke NC30 one?
