ok, took her out around the close again this evening but my speedo was not registering anything. i put her up on my abba stand and carefully fired her up and put her in gear. still no speed being registered even with a good revolution from the wheel.

i have checked the speedo cable - all fine, checking the haynes manual page 6.26 top picture in the middle, 14.2b shows a little white tab that i would believe sits on the sprocket bolt and then the cable connects to it and thus turns the cable.

i aint got one....?! but i have never looked in the past 12 months as she has been nowhere near being rideable let alone anything else so may not have been there when i bought her.

any idea on part number / availablity from anywhere?

cheers for that, im still adament there was not one on there when i had her, but in saying that there was very little on there when i had her!

hopefully that should getme sorted.
