I have the chance to buy a good NC29 rear shock that has been fitted with an Ohlins spring, would this be better than a CBR 600 F3 shock ?

well i had thought i did take it to some one decent. been told by a few people (who know their stuff) that re-con OEM NC29 shocks dont last and are never really guaranteed.

but while my shock was in good nick.. the bike felt great. i just need to save up and buy a proper shock that will last a few years!
