She lives

Cut down race loom worked, she fired up straight away.
A little more assembly and she'll be on the dyno setting up my HRC spec carbs.
Looking for a race shock ,as the Ohlins I bought from a guy on here, got lost by the Royal Mail.
There's nothing more satisfying than hearing a bike fire up after a long hibernation.

Nothing special really.
Fresh RVF motor, NC30 carbs, NC24 slides,RO HRC carb kit,HRC air scoop.
Running RVF electrics as the PO had kept the NC30 set up.
I'll be happy with a clean 60HP and a strong midrange.

Nice combo.

Did you end up getting hrc stacks or restricting the air jet in some other way?

Ah, the elusive HRC stacks,I wish.
I cut back the originals stacks and restricted the air jets with modified emulsion tubes.
I.D is just over 2.5mm.
I enlarged the air jet openings on the carb tray and slid clear tubing secured with silicone onto the air jets.
The tube is just proud enough to allow me to thread the restrictors into the air jets.
I can easily remove the restrictors and change, when setting her up on the dyno.
When I'm happy, silicone will ensure they don't come adrift.
Should work.
I didn't drill the sides of the air tray,as I think there will be plenty of air flowing with a std motor.

My poor shock.
I was so looking forward to bolting it on.
There's an insurance claim pending with the Royal Mail.
Shock is missing since early November.
Claim is in almost 2 months now.
Major blow to my budget.

It was insured postage.
Hopefully it covers the cost of postage too.
Oh,I forgot to mention I have a Ganador JHA twin stack full system.
I got it a little the worse for wear, but I fixed it up.
Nice.
