New fork to fit NC35 or just rebuild?

I need people`s opinion on whether to try to fit a complete GSXR-600/750 front end or just upgrade the whole internals on my NC35.

The reason why is that my current forks are leaking and bottoming out and makes a "clunky" noise when braking or driving into small holes in the road.
I have gotten a hold of a complete GSXR-600 front end with everything except the wheel for 250US$ taken from a 2006mod

What would a complete internal set for the NC35 cost me?

And does anyone know the actual diameter on the upper part of the fork tubes where the top yoke is fastened and the lengt of forks?

Cheers

The GSXR front end, with it's USD forks and big discs will look good and give you plenty of options on adjustment but will probably cost a bit to do the mods.
The RO fork kit will have the OE ones working great so, it depends a bit on what you're after.
If you do the GSXR fitment I'm sure there are more folk than me that's be keen to hear how you get on.

I have to do some research before I decide what to do.

But does anyone have the outer dimentions on the forks tubes for the NC 35 and the lengt of the forks?

The reason why I ask is because my bike is back in Norway and i`m currently in the US
