What calipers have you put on the nc maybe they have a slightly different offset check to see that all your disc bolts are tight. Are the pads thicker than standard nc ones??? just some ideas for you.

i had judder in my front end, was advised on four things
1. fork bushes
2. loose or fooked head race bearings
3. wheel bearing
4. mudgard loose!!

turned out ot be my head race lock nut working loose, give it a quick torque up and it was sorted

me 3, im worried incase its the whel bearings or something expensive, im ordering new o rings from rick oliver 2moro and gettin my calipers rebuilt soon and when i get this done ill get the suspension set up proper and all bolts well tightened. If this eradicate the judder i guess it could only be
warped discs
wheel bearings
something equally expensive,

its original nissin 4 pot calipers and the pads are the correct size.........all bolts are nice and tight and i believe the bearings to be hunky dory!!!!!i think the spindle is nice and straight but i had a hell of a bother getting it back through when i had the wheel off the other day.
the wheel is ok,no damage buckled or anything like that.....theres numerous things it could be but they all appear to be fine, its looking like paranoia and in a way i hope it is........coz that would mean there is nothing up...lol!!!!!!!
