there was a post on here no so long ago discussing the viability of using second hand brake caliper bolts.
seemingly they are a bit like shear bolts and once torqued up to the proper torque, once loosened loose their strength somewhat.
hopefully someone will be along shortly to clarify this

Honda parts:

45203MG3016 (Brake pad plug) £2.20 ea (instock @ lings & dss)
90106MR7000 (Small flange bolt) £2.08 ea (SO @ dss / instock @ lings)

Is the long bolt a Torques? If so its

90107KV3701 £1.83ea (2 day @ lings / SO 7 day @ dss)

Strictly speaking you should replace them every time you remove them as they are stretch bolts.

As you say though that gets expensive, what I do however is torque them up to NC30 settings rather than NC35 and lock wire them, that way they're not fully stressed, still tight enough and with the lockwire not likely to move.

As for buying/getting replacements they are under £2 each from Honda or pro-bolt/tasty-nuts do titanium pre-drilled very nice ones.

Ive used stainless allen key type bolts on my bikes for years with no issues, wheels on and off all the time. i just clean them up and put a drop of threadlock on em
