Can anyone give me a method for checking out coils and HT leads? I've an ongoing misfire which I'm now convinced is electrical, as my carbs are well and truely sealed.
Anyone any other suggestions?

Re: Testing coils / HT leads NC30
Other than holding the plugs against the frame when cranking the engine and looking for a good spark, you could test for voltage on the low voltage side of the coils, theres 2lives into each coil, test from each one to the frame for voltage.. Theres prob a method for testing the high voltage side, but seeing a spark from the plug is pretty good indication its working
