Valve clearances
Just did the valve clearances using the guide on here and it was a piece of piss! Can't believe how easy it was. Only found 2 out of spec which after 40K is pretty damn good. Just one question the tourque value for the 4 bolts on each rocker cover, the manual I have says 10Nm. Is this right? It just feels like it should be more. Cheers for any help.

Re: Valve clearances
Sorry to jump on the back of this thread but just taken the rocker covers off myself and realised my feeler gauges only go up in increments of 0.05mm so can't get an accurate reading. Any recomendations for decent gauges? Seen a set in Machine mart and Screwfix but not enough detail on the internet to know what increments they cover?
Any advice info would be good
Cheers

I'd the same problem. Got a draper set on e-bay and its has the increments listed out for you. Still did'ent have all the sizes I needed. Had to use the 0.10 and 0.03 together to get 0.13mm! But it worked fine.
