Why not just take it to someone that can fix it? There are heaps of expert nc spanners on the forum that can likely fix it. Your problem sounds electrical (limp mode, orange blue wire responsible, etc), a simple fix for someone who knows these bikes well.

Maybe the experts are just waiting for you to sell it cheap to them..?!

If this was within a couple of hours I would come and fix the bloody thing. Would only want some beer too :blowout:

Come on local guys..help the man out - he needs the loom checking for continuity on orange and brown from speedo to CDI.
In fact - take that M Max off - do you know it works? It doesn't do anything unless you are going 112mph and that is the least of your worries

One last push mike..it'll work and the £500 kick in the testicles can wait. :spank:

The 5.5k is 100% electrical and 100% the CDI not seeing the speedo is connected... If it is not then I'll eat my hat after I let a dog shit in it and a tramp spew up on it too... :sex: :Puke: :fight: :worthy:

Sorry! I didnt mean to be so negative. Its a bit in your face but the colour scheme is probably the easiest thing to change if it gets on your nerves.

Having a bike that works is the main thing and its good that you didnt get put off buying an NC30 after the last one.

Happy Riding!!
