Re: NC30 Jetting
Your best bet is to replace the diaphram in the tap, Rick Oliver sells replacements.
I wouldn't recommend doing the hrc tap mod on a roadbike - it's unecessary and can lead to problems (any float valve leaks will let fuel into the cylinders, bending rods when you go to start it).
How to is here if you really must: http://www.akhara.com/nc30/fueltapmod/index.html

Think he meant how costly is the fuel tap repair kit, answer........a lot cheaper than a fucked petrol flooded motor which you just know is going to happen in this case dont you.

Re: NC30 Jetting
We've got a bet on it...
No - seriously - it is very obvious that you are a chap in the prime of his life..and so know it all, cannot take advice and want it all now.
Fix the bike properly...what is the problem? Your issue is a knackered diaphragm..so replace it.
If you decide to modify the tap then be prepared for flooded engine, forcing an oil change and all that ballache. It is not a good idea unless on a highly maintained race bike.
