You have to have patience Michael, especially at the speed I usually work, dead slow. :-)
Ignijet hopefully working in a few days.

Very slow is good, your best work is always done when working at a slow pace,
time to think things through and get it right.
Great work and very interesting, hope it all comes good.

Re: NC30 Mods
Hello All,
Follow this link to a YouTube video of my bike running on injection. It's not the first time it has been
running with injection, but this is only about the 3rd or 4th time with the Ignitech ECU.
http://youtu.be/w0zBzfpyhcw
The video isn't very good quality, it was shot on my cheap Chinese mobile.
I hope you enjoy it anyway,
Dave.

Re: NC30 Mods
Hello,
This post is directed at Michael, but it's not private. I've just been looking at YouTube and I see you had a
RVF400 running on injection a long time before I had mine running. Are you having problems with your setup?
I had my bike running a long time ago with chopped CBR600FS throttle bodies, but it ran like a pig and I think the
throttle bodies were too big, so I had no gas velocity. I'm now using custom made throttle bodies with the same
bore as the carbs, and it runs really nice so far. If you want any information from me, then please just ask.
Dave.

Re: NC30 Mods
Hi,
now my fuel injection is running, but i have a lot of work to make the right track map. Fuel and Lambda.
I have no problems with the setup, i use 34 mm jenvey bodies with selfmade brackets, cbr 600 injectors. What I am looking for is experience on ignition map. Which maps using other people.
Can you sent me pics and details pics from your throttle bodies. How much for your bodies.

Re: NC30 Mods
Hello Michael,
Please look at the first post in this topic, there is a link to PhotoBucket with several photos of my
throttle bodies. They use the butterflies and shafts from the standard carbs. They are machined from solid HE30
alloy, a friend of mine made them for me so I can't give you a price because I don't know. I am using the HRC ignition
map at the moment but it will need some more advance for light engine load, but if your bike is a race bike that
doesn't apply so much. If there is anything else you need to know, just ask.
Regards,
Dave.

Re: NC30 Mods
Hello All,
Just an update on my project bike. I can ride it and it runs not bad at all. I have a problem which I haden't
anticipated, I have a Tyga T10 fairing which looks brilliant BUT when you turn the 'bars it traps your fingers between the
'bars and the edge of the fairing. If anyone is considering buying one of these fairings, have a long think first. If I'd have
known about this before I bought it, I would never have bought it. Pretty disappointed really.

Re: NC30 Mods
Hello All,
Just an update on my project bike, basically it's finished except for the bodywork needing paint. It's now
road "legal", MOT'd etc. Going to get it on a dyno in the near future but it runs pretty well already, well enough to ride
it without any problems. If anyone has any questions just ask and I'll answer if I can.
