Are you just fitting a relay so you can have brighter bulbs? If so then isnt it just a case of having the low beam circuit trigger the relay and then the relay activates and turns the lights on?
its pretty much the same way you would wire in car spotlamps etc but on the low beam rather than the high beam.
Apart from the relay and wires etc you will need the wiring diagram for your bike. A haynes manual is a good idea for this.
