Alright, since it takes two three weeks for the jets to arrive I'm planning on buying 10 jets from thi supplier: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/270815547798? ... 435wt_1568. What sizes should I order, I was thinking 2x110, 2x112, 2x 114, 2x115, 2x118. Why I want to try jets of the original sizes is because I heard that on a high milage bike like mine jets can wear out and cause a rich condition over time.
What about the pilot jets?

the Jets are pretty much standard across a huge variety of carbed bikes. You should be able to get some locally, surely?

Why not contact tygapaul on here - he is BK, or at least Thai based - am sure he could offer some advice

Andre you do not have to order jets from overseas, you can get genuine Keihin jets from Paddock in Ratchadapisek near Huay Kwang MRT station. The jets may not be the issue though, I know of NC30's running around Bangkok with standard jetting. I have a set of vacuum gauges for carb balance adjustment you can use if you want to come around to my place, PM me.

FWIW I did not have a very satisfactory experience at Dirtshop getting a map for my SP2 and I don't think I'll be taking a bike back there again. I suspect their Dyno reads on the low side, I also suspect their Lamda sensor is not calibrated correctly. Unfortunately it is the only Dynojet dyno in town, it's a bummer.

So far
- needles where the wrong way around
- emulsion tubes mixed up
- rubber flap missing
- pilot screw assemblies 16016-ML0-721 completely missing !!!

If anyone has pilot screw sets and a rubber flap for sale, let me know.

Thanks for an interesting afternoon Chris, I had no idea a bike could actually run without any mixture screws at all :o

Still learning lol.
