Tony, I have 150/152 you can borrow to see if it helps it running, saves you buying them not to need them.
It's not having what you want but wanting what you've got....Loud ,Proud and Modified ....

Re: RVF HRC Setup
Kit has arrived and will be installing it tomorrow so have been having a read through the kit manual and translated version. It states in the carb setup section that the rear bank (carbs 1 and 3) to start with the needle clip in the 2nd position and plus 1 0.5mm washer.
Firstly would i be right to assume it means clip position 2nd from top? and regarding the washer is it suggesting to use a total of 1mm washers on the rear bank and a stock 0.5 washer on the front bank or just 1 0.5mm washer on the rear and none on the front banks?

Just had a look at the manual in the documents section.Drunkn Munky wrote:Kit has arrived and will be installing it tomorrow so have been having a read through the kit manual and translated version. It says use the kit needles with a washer under the rears only (0.5mm) and all them set from the 2nd from the top for starting.
Then to check your main jet is ok, then your jet needle, then your pilot jet.

Re: RVF HRC Setup
Cheers neo and litterally just in time, the carbs were about to go on the bike with 1mm washers rear and 0.5mm washers on the front.
As for he needles I should have checked the needles before posting as theres only 3 clip positions, dumbass!
Im still interested in what needles/settings your running mo seeing as you have a running bike there, cheers

Re: RVF HRC Setup
Not sure if its "HRC" setup of what but Kev over at projex dyno was running an NC35 race bike.. that made 64hp and had the smoothest power curve you've ever seen, like something out of a science book. He might be worth asking about setup too.Drunkn Munky wrote:Cheers neo and litterally just in time, the carbs were about to go on the bike with 1mm washers rear and 0.5mm washers on the front.
