Ign off 13.16v
Ign on 12.73v
Tick over 14.05v
5.5k rpm 13.90v

Its clearly charging but why the drop in voltage from tick over to 5.5k rpm? One thing probably worth mentioning is the live feed from the reg has a 15 amp in line fuse, this is how it was on the bike the reg and genni was removed from so I left it there.
Looks perfect to me.

Ive seen it on almost every bike ive tested, never looked into the actual reasoning why but at a guess id say the bike producces lower voltage from the genny at tickover so the shunting of the reg/rec is less and you get a slightly higher voltage, at higher rpm your reg/rec is shunting more power so you get a votlage drop?

Could be totally off the case, would need to see datasheets for the reg/recs output at different input levels but those outputs are very good anyway so wouldnt worry.
