Re: CONFUKULATED REGARDING DERESTRICTING
125mph isnt bad in anybodies book, depends on how big you are, wind and god knows wat else, its fast enough so dont worry about it!
Just try and do the resistor mod like drunky monkey says, i dont think you even need the resistor, i sure somebody on here just straps whatever wire the sensor sire is straight to the 12v at the cdi end.
Hope your testing this on a track!!!??? lol
Cheers

Re: CONFUKULATED REGARDING DERESTRICTING
the fact that i got 182 in 4th i expected to get more that 202 in 6th. only an extra 20km/h in the 2 top gears doesnt sound right

Re: CONFUKULATED REGARDING DERESTRICTING
without sticking it on a dyno your never gonna know how good your fueling is or how much power your getting. Dont think i've had any more than that out of either of my 400's and i only weigh 9 stone with me leathers on! Remember there 20 year old bike now and the engines are prob getting abit past there best.
If your sure theres more to come, then maybe go up a jet size and put in a new airfilter, and a proper full service, but i'd just be happy with wat your getting, these little bikes are about getting round corners if you want more top end get a bigger bike.
Cheers

you'll have stamped on the sproclets the numbers of teeth - front is 15T standard and the rear is 40T Should be easy to see the rear one at least as that is also the one that is changed easily.
