That is why I want a shot of the sprocket face, I thought that might be the problem
do you still want a pic of the face as I know its on the right way? I've literally been over every bolt bearing and spacer and that's how it is on both my swingarms. I've even got two sprockets in case the offsett was wrong or something but no it's still the same. I'm stumped

I have looked at my chain run in relation to the guide and sprocket but unable to see clearly the alignment with chain fitted.
Perhaps some one with a bare swinging arm can check for you , but front to rear sprocket alignment is more important.
The only parts I can see that would affect alignment are the sprocket carrier and spacer.
Both these parts look the same as RC30 items, and will fit, but are different part numbers, possibly their thickness is different but I don't have both to measure.

ive just been looking at it and i think ive sussed it i think its coz im running a 520 sprocket not 525 so it lines up one side but not the other as its thinner. thats my theory anyway lol.

But in order to line up on both sides are per your pic, it would need to be twice as wide! Daft question, but does the rear sprocket line up properly with the front? It's not a case of having been shimmed over a bit to clear a wider rear wheel is it?

I would expect 520 and 525 sprockets to run on the same centre line to maintain the correct chain line.
If not then it will not line up with front sprocket unless that is made in the same way. [as a pair]

A daft question maybe but is the bearing spacer that sits behind the sprocket carrier present or a different sized one :?:
