Take a deep breath and stay cool,lol. ie fit new air filter and clean rad, flush it out and refill with new antifreeze.

The discs arent warped. You can feel warped discs when you brake. And these are not warped. What made you think they were?

Went a bit better. New rads! £100 quid chinese jobs, but do the trick! Filter was dead on when I took it out. I think its the only thing the previous owner replaced.

The service limit on an NC30 is 0.3mm. I'm surprised that the bike could be ridden properly with that amount, and if it could, I would have though half the nuts and bolts would have vibrated loose!

not sure if it was 1-2mm but it was noticeable when looking down at it from an angle. i didnt actually measure it, it was just a assumption.

If you're powder coating the wheels - TAPE UP THE MATING SURFACES + THREADS. Just had a fucking nightmare with this, caused me weeks of set back as I can only work on the bike at the odd weekend.
