sorry my bad. I saw the photo above with the aftermarket one and just assumed. Anyway, the exhaust stay is the same dimensionally as the stock one, as Gavin says. The reason it fits our higher subframe as well as the stock one is using a clever technique called 'rotate technology'
The hanger is just rotated to a higher position on our subframe than the stock one and you can still use the same part. This applies to both the old and new subframe models.

These are the dimensions between the 3 bolt holes measured non my NC30:-
distance between centres of subframe bolt holes = 3 and 1/4 inches
distance from centre of rear subframe bolt hole to centre of silencer bracket bolt hole = 7 and 3/4 inches
distance from centre of front subframe bolt hole to centre of silencer bracket bolt hole = 9 and 3/4 inches
distance between centres of subframe bolt holes = 3 and 1/4 inches
distance from centre of rear subframe bolt hole to centre of silencer bracket bolt hole = 7 and 3/4 inches
distance from centre of front subframe bolt hole to centre of silencer bracket bolt hole = 9 and 3/4 inches
