520 C&S from B&C Express cost me about £60 delivered for 40T renthal 15T&14T Renthal

then the chain was one of ebay

its a 120 links long so youll need to cut off 16 links, using a grinder i found it easier to do that on the bench grinder,

£24.99 Free P&P and it should come with a split link. youll need to maintain this chain however take it off every 500miles for a clean and re oil in Gearbox oil 90w

far cheaper and lighter and lose less transmission power than that of a 525 o ring

The RK chain breaker/riveter is by far the best I have used. Cost me an arm and a leg but, it was well worth the pennies. Others I have used, snap the pin after a few chains.

The whale is good by all accounts, but it is worth noting that there are 2 types of rivet link- The hollow pin which is flared and the solid pin which is peened. I think the whale is designed to be used with the latter whereas the RK riveter is for the hollow pins.

Whale does either, the copper hollow pins can still be peened, then a centre punch to flay the centre a bit too.
