because an R6 one is extremly reliable, however the CBR 125 one is a new discovery that i found, but havent used it, ive tested it on the stand but thats it as my reg rec is the larger finned version.

but the cbr one is huge with large fins and no need for you to chop the plug off as its a direct plug and play replacement.

Might give the CBR125 a go - what's the worst that could happen?
A roaring V4 is the summer soundtrack.

nothing. erm the reg/rec fail just the same as any other,
but it will only knacker the battery and genny if left to deteriate.

i have some pics in my albums on FB of the CBR125 Reg/Rec.

based on the size and cooling fins, i think its a good upgrade, the holes are in the same position as the original nc30 reg/rec and the plugs the same so for a larger swap its a worthy one, esp for the price they going on ebay for.

ps it will need to be PRE 2007 reg recs.

2006 is the last of the range to buy as it suports the female socket,

where as the 2007 onward models have a lead with a male plug the same as what the nc30 loom has so it will be like a pair of puffs touching tails ;)

the cheapest on ebay at the min, :(
