
quite an easy job if you do things methodicaly. even for someone with little bike experiance. Just remember to make sure when you put the caps back on not to cross thread them.

Unless theyve put them together wrong.terryvxr8 wrote:I now have the exact same problem after new fork seals were fitted. I stripped the forks off the bike and left them at the dealers to replace tos seals. I then refitted to the bike and i put the fork oil in myself.
I think i havnt put enough oil in each fork so i will try this and maybee abit of air aswell.
The forks felt fine before the the seals were changed so it must be something i have done

Fork oil level is 90mm (measured from TOP of tube) with leg fully compressed and fork springs removed...
