ooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh yes yes yes yes yes
The bike is runnig great, the 120 jets and flap sure did the trick :peace: Thanks fellers.
I now have a slight issue with the push button gear change system. It needs a bit of adjusting, i got about 20 miles from home and it decided it was working too hard and wouldn't change gear anymore. luckily i was in 3rd so managed to coast home without too much bother.
But the bike feels soooo good i cant wait to get it on track and give it a proper run.
:rocks:

cool - sounds good.

How does the push button work? Is it air powered?

No its an electric actuator that pushes a bar in or out. I connect this to a gear peg from an Aprilia RX50 that i have mounted facing down towards the ground. I will see if i can dig out a pic.
The trouble is the actuator is catching on the fairing and not able to move so it was getting hot, and stopped.
I just need to adjust it a little and it will be fine

Pic of the actuator, it's a bit Heath Robinson, but it works once it's set right  The left hand engine mounts have been replaced with an L shaped bracket that incorporates the engine mounts/spacers, and teh actuator mounts of this.

I cant find a pic of the buttons, but they are red and green mounted on the left hand handle bar.

Cheers Old Painless, i need to get some exhaust wrap to stop the heat transfer from the front down pipes, as this can slow the unit down a bit.

Yes sure is, and that's a bit of an issue with running total loss, as the unit is like shorting the battery each time you change gear. I am going to have a run on track with the genny disconnected and see what the battery hold up like after 2 then 5 then 10 laps, and see if i can make a full race distance/weekend.

Shorting the battery ? Pulling too much current ? Shouldnt do anything but use power normally.
