cheers for all the helpful imput lads i finaly have her sorted again
,,,it dawned on me that my cdi may have been getting wet from where its positioned on the bike so i took it off last night and put it in beside the boiler at home here to help dry it out,,i cleaned all the contacts with emery paper and switch cleaner and gave it a good spray of wd40 to give it that extra bit help,,i gave all the clock loom and contacts a good going over aswell and the earth points ,,,,,drained the carb bowls and gave the spark plug wells a generous spray of wd40 aswell,,shes purring away like a kitten againn even in the rain with the lights on
