NC 24 Forks- left fork
Stripped the forks on my NC24, alas a slight hiccup as parts fell out the end of the fork tube , thankfully in to the pot of grimey black fork oil, please can some body tell which way round the the aluminium spacer and shims go

The other way around from your picture.. the flanged end at the bottom.

I have a copy of that .gif file, pity the parts in question are floating above the forks and not near where they would be, then I probably would have realised which way round they go, its all done now seals fitted,
I have put the maxton springs on my wish list for the time being. MOT is my priority and riding the thing this summer
