Help! RVF400 Need a front fork (or pair) if possible in AUS

Post by Smitizen » Wed Oct 28, 2009 4:37 am

Hi all, after what the title states (FRONT FORKS) for an RVF400 in Australia. If anyone knows of someone who's able to source them or if they have some available please PM me their phone number and i'll give them a buzz.

Haven't stacked have just found out that my front left fork has been bent since purchase and is shot!

Cheers.

Don't know of anyone who has any lying around.

There are a few frame straighteners might be able to straighten that fork leg for you. Not sure of the local chaps name...

Sourcing a replacement, try http://www.econohonda.co.nz" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - Malcolm has the best prices in the southern hemisphere, and is a top chap to deal with. He has a bucket load of bits for the 400's too generally. I believe he has wrecked a few RVF's.

Didn't have any luck with Econohonda either. Surely there has to be some of these things lying around somewhere.
I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed!

Have you tried RB's (Sydney) or Sumoto (Melbourne)? One of these place will likely have or know of some available.
