Don't know of anyone who has any lying around.
There are a few frame straighteners might be able to straighten that fork leg for you. Not sure of the local chaps name...
Sourcing a replacement, try http://www.econohonda.co.nz" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - Malcolm has the best prices in the southern hemisphere, and is a top chap to deal with. He has a bucket load of bits for the 400's too generally. I believe he has wrecked a few RVF's.

Didn't have any luck with Econohonda either. Surely there has to be some of these things lying around somewhere.
I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed!

Have you tried RB's (Sydney) or Sumoto (Melbourne)? One of these place will likely have or know of some available.
