fork alignment

Post by Sprinter » Fri Apr 24, 2009 6:13 pm

Hi all, I got knocked off my bike and the forks took a battering. I now have new forks but the wheel wont align with the steering properly. If I tighten the top yolk the alignment is ok, but when I tighten the bottom yolk it goes out. Is there a chance that the bottom yolk has been mis-shaped?

Do you mean when you tighten the yoke the forks are no longer parallell? If so then yea i rekon it is highly likely the yoke is mishaped.

Hi James,

Jason has the yokes available if you need them (but I guess you probably saw them when you picked up the new forks) £30 would do it for the top and bottom yokes. Cheers Paul.
Need any used Nc30 parts? Want to fit a Ducati front end to your Nc30? If so give me a shout.
