Bore up piston 400cc to 600cc on NC29
Does anyone try to oversize the piston upgradr to 600cc. Anyone try?
Please share if someone already try this.

I don't think you would get anywhere close to that. I think the standard for the racing boys is 444cc and for road use 428cc. Maybe it would be better to buy a 600cc bike? Or if your really handy stick a CBR900 engine in, it can be done.

I would imagine that its completely unfeasible or incredibly expensive. If you really want a 600cc engined cbr400, put an early cbr600 motor into an nc23. Its a fairly easy transplant.

The biggest I know of is 480cc unless you replace the engine.

like others have said - it's just not possible
you will be boring from 55mm to 67mm, so liner would need changing and the cylinder walls will probably be too close
