Hi,
I am currently building a 1990 Uk nc30 from multiple boxes of bits. The wheels are on and the engine is in but I am unable to understand where the oil cooler fits, when I offer the oil cooler pipes to the engine it would suggest the oil cooler fits in front of the forks is this right and if so how? Any input/ suggestions and pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Oil cooler brackets
Yes and the radiator mounts on a central point on the underside of the clock/headlamps bracket.

Thanks Dave don't suppose you have any pictures, with the brackets I have I can not work out how to attach the oil cooler.davethetrucker wrote:Yes and the radiator mounts on a central point on the underside of the clock/headlamps bracket.

Not to hand at moment the confusion may be you have a jdm headstock bracket? The UK one is different a bit heavier with side mountings for the indicators low beam relay etc on the underside of what you have there should be a mounting point if not it's a jdm one.

Re: Oil cooler brackets
OK that makes sense, although the frame and engine are UK spec most of the parts seem to be Japanese. So this is the bracket that attaches to head stock facing forward. I bet that's very difficult to find a used one.davethetrucker wrote:Not to hand at moment the confusion may be you have a jdm headstock bracket? Re: Oil cooler brackets
Thanks for the photos pal. If you have spare time I wouldn't say no to some photos of how the oil cooler attaches under the nose cone as I suspect these brackets will be hard to come by and will probably have to fudge something to attach it.
