Running problem
When the bike still hasnt warmed up yet it runs normall, but as soon as it warms its like the power is on 50%. I am guessing that this means that it runs too rich or it is something i have no idea of

do you not have a local expereicned mechanic who can help you?
the bike soudns like it has been neglected and most likely has several issues.
some things can cause symptoms that look like other problems
online advice is not so good if you have a bike like this.
ideally you need to give it a full service, make sure valve clearances are ok, clean and reset carbs probperly checking jets / float ehights and needles / tubes.
make sure airbox is ok, fire it up and balance carbs
check fuel delievery is ok, check electrical system is ok.
problems with electric system can amek carb like issues, same with carb like issue looking electrical.
everything needs to be checked and elimiated as part of a good service and biek should be ok after that.

Re: Running problem
Don't forget the air filter. And might as well give all the fluids a change too.
