Sorry to revive an old thread but this has some useful info and I thought I would add to it.
I found that the hard surface on the rocker arm had been damaged on 2 rocker arms on my race engine so decided to replace them with arms from my donor engine. Both sets of heads had be rocker arm retaining pins staked so removal to the inside of the engine was not possible. Also after trying to undo the grub screw it got rounded off. I eventually had I drill it and use a Stud extractor. I have found replacement grub screws from this company,

They fit although the lengths are not exactly the same. They are still more than usable.
