I posted up a few months ago with an unknown problem with my NC30 not starting up, I now know it is the CDI unit which is at fault. The garage that are working on my bike are having trouble finding a replacement unit and have kicked it back to me to source, as they have already bought two from different breakers which turned out not to be for the NC30.
What are my options, do I go second hand or a new unit, assuming a new unit exists? Where would be a good place to start looking? I am keeping the bike long term so I don't mind shelling out for new parts when needed, either way, I just need to know that the unit is the correct one for my bike as I'll be out of pocket if I get the wrong one.
The bike is a 1990 Grey.

Re: NC30 CDI Problem
Also, if you were the person I messaged regarding a CDI Unit for sale, the last message went awry when I opened it on my phone but I did see you had attached a picture of the unit. Could you re-send if it is still available and compatible with my bike. I think it was jasonmac87.
