NC 30 starting help please!

Post by michaelcrf » Mon Jan 05, 2015 12:01 pm

Morning everyone,

I'm in need of some help.......

I purchased my nc30 about 1.5 years ago, and it ran fine.........
It sat there for 9 months and ive had problems with it ever since.......
So i changed the battery/ plugs/ filters etc,
Removed the carbs and clean them out, draining any fuel in them.
I've check the kill switch and looked over the wiring on the bike.

When i try and start it now i get the odd grown that its going to fire but nothing happens as soon as i let go of the starter switch, any advice would be greay as i dont know what else to try!

many thanks

Could maybe do with a set of plugs...also check the fuel tap and pipes.

make sure the choke is on and that you use no or only the most very teeny tiny bit of throttle.

If you have already flooded it, you will need to get the plugs out to dry and probably want new plugs..

Using another battery to jump it is a good idea too.
