Fogging oil

Post by tillett22 » Fri Nov 21, 2014 11:44 am

Hi all just wanted to see if anyone uses this as i am winterizing my NC30 for a year and wanted to see if anyone uses it in the engine to protect the bores and cylinders. I can't seem to find it any where to buy as my local honda dealer didn't even know what it was.

Had a few whiskys but i willl run mine for a short while if think on along with knocking the start button off & turn it over till oil pressue light goes off that will be fine when you think on lets be fair it wont harm it unless its left outside all winter then you will have problems i would guess they are bullet proof i left mine 6 years and just had to take carbs off but having said that they were not right before i parked it up. dont worry just fire it now and again simples.

People will say take tank off run it out of fuel change oil spray with wd40 etc - Just need a dry garage and turn it over now and again and bit common sense, a cared for bike should be ok.
