Morning everyone.
Need some guidance please.
My project bike is nearing completion but I'm having an issue with the clutch.
Before I bought the bike, it had stood for ages. Got it home, got it running well but clutch wasn't disengaging.
I had put it down to a crappy aftermarket cable.
Replaced that last night with a genuine Honda item but still no good.
Even when you use a spanner to manually move the pivot arm on the casing, still no joy.
Last time I had the casings off, i had removed the plates and cleaned them as they were stuck together.
Oil was changed recently, refilled with semi-synthetic.
Removed the pushrod last night too & cleaned it (just incase) but didn't make a difference.
Can anyone please help?
Thanks
Vic.

Re: NC30 Clutch - HELP!!
I always soak the plates in oil prior to fitting although that probably not your problem, id take it all out and check everything is as it should be seeing as its never worked since you've had it.
