Hi guys, my seat unit rattles against the subframe when going over bumpy roads. There isn't anything holding it to the subframe, which seems odd-should there be?
I was expecting a couple of retaining bolts at the rear light end, but it seems to be held only by the bolts in the centre and the pins holding it at the tank end.
Am I missing something?
Thanks for all advice....

yes, you've missed the pins under the far end, which locate into the rubber mounts on the undertray. They're near where the back of the pillion seat clips down. Mine are knackered, so the tail bounces around a bit. Keep an aye on the rear lights, the bouncing can damage the spade ends on the connectors because they can bash the big lip on the undertray.

Thanks Speedy, I've missed this for a while now. It will sound much better when fixed.
