Wiring/rebuild help again please!

Post by jigglemore » Mon May 05, 2014 4:48 pm

Put the bike back together and it seems more or less ready to MOT :D... but this wire seems to go nowhere.

Any ideas where it goes? Or what it is?

Also, the neutral light is never on and the bike doesn't go into neutral when it's running, like at all, and the oil light is doing some funky stuff.

TIA,
Jason

I can't even visualise where that is! What model? Looks like two pins, so it's probably a switch of some sort. if you have a wiring diagram, the colour of the wires should give it away.

Is this an NC24? It should go into neutral no trouble, that needs fixing, again with the neutral light, what color are the wires on the plug?

Also the oil light might have a bad connectio, but it shouldnt come on when its running unless you have a problem somewhere. What do you mean by funky stuff.
