Hi all,
Would anyone happen to know if an Akrapovic CBR 929 exhaust will fit the CB400? I have only seen it in pictures and it seems to have the same mounting holes like the one currently on my bike. I still have the OEM Exhaust with the 3 bolts from the flange.
This is a link to the post http://www.maltapark.com/item.aspx?ItemID=2739163 Might go and have a look at it later today..
Thanks,
Chris

Re: Akrapovic Exhaust
I dont know for certain but the holes centres will probably be different, could possibly still be made to fit though. I fitted a RC45 can onto a NC35 system by enlarging the holes slightly.

Re: Akrapovic Exhaust
thanks for the quick reply. I'll visit the guy today and take my exhaust and a vernier caliper with me. €250 seems a fair price for an akra pipe if he is willing to give me a small discount.
Hoping it would sound great with my k&n :D

Re: Akrapovic Exhaust
All I'm aware of is that the CBR 400 NC29 exhaust will bolt on to the Super 4 Version R/S headers, so any of the aftermarket ones made for the NC29 should fit the bolt on headers of the NC31.
