NC30 bogging down then cutting out when riding!!??

Stupid mistake then! I take it this is the no.1 culprit for my problem then, it seemed to run fine for a bit earlier though.

One last question then..... Have I done any damage while this has been happening!? Just a bit paranoid now that I've done something wrong and damaged the bike!?
