Need help after rejetting carbs

Need help after rejetting carbs

Hi I have just rejetted my carbs following the guide on here when I rebuilt the bike I turned the fuel tap on and fuel was pissing out of the two pipes pictured below at the back of the carbs,
Any ideas why and a solution?

Turns out the diaphragm on the slides weren't correctly sat in the groves

There is no way that would cause fuel to come out the overflow.

You can aseemble the carbs without slides in them and it wont leak (ive done this before.)

Most likely is that one or more of the floats were stuck open causing a fuel leak.. sometimes just tapping the carbs will fix it, sometimes it will fix itself.

good you got the carb slides fitted properly though as that would cause more runnign issues
