Cam Seizure

Post by greggo » Mon May 20, 2013 1:00 am

So i've just had a cam seize from running dry in a newly rebuilt motor, everything was oiled on assembly and it seems to be a lack of oil to the cam.

Anyone ever had this before, and know if it is fixable?

For those that didn't know, the oil galleries on the NC23 head and NC29 block do not line up and a simple modicfication is required: drill a fecking hole.

Problem solved.
