It's a definite clunk and not a rattle, we think its the lower rad, so I'm now on the search for a lower rad arm. Thanks for the reply though, your the second person to mention the mudguard so ill double check tomorrow thanks.

Fitted the rad arm today but still slight click when going from accel do decel, presume this is just the wobbly front piece, not as severe of a noise as before but still irritating. VFR4 said the part was seized on (hence sending em the engine bracket too) but ether it wobbled loose in transit or I was a bit braver with the allen key, came off fist attempt luckily, quick trip to halfords for some M6 bolts and it was fitted. (The shoulder on the bolt he had fitted to the engine bracket would not fit through the bracket on my engine)
