Rear shock, there are a multitude of options from getting the OEM one refurbed (I know some of the guys have used these people - http://www.brooksuspension.co.uk/), to swapping it for an alternative from another bike (The BMW S1000 seems to be the flavour of the month), through to a plethora of aftermarket trick bits. Check the depth of your pockets and how much willy waving is important and make your choice

If you want to keep it stock looking and not overly fast etc go for a hagon shock

Also agree that the hagons are shit, Maxton or Nitron are the ones id go for both are well made for the money.
