I dont think it was tightened up properly. Ive never had one fall off before that was tightened up correctly and not damaged.krisztian_andre wrote:Same thing happened last night. True, but the design issue is with the plastic tabs breaking off regularly. Just got the carbs off for re-jetting and raising the needles and in between the 'V' of the heads there was loads of general road crap, a few pebbles and a PZ2 pozi screwdriver bit!!!
I'm guessing/hoping that is what was causing the rattly knocking noise.
The restrictors are coming out while the carbs are off too so cant wait to try it full power!!
