Hi I live in Northwich and want to get my NC30 wheels blasted can any tell me who I could you ??

Are you just wanting them blasting, or painting as well?

If the latter, Ive always used Triple S in Bingley, West Yorkshire. The best finish by far and they specialise in Bike Components. They will blast and paint your wheels:
