Alright guys i will explain what happened first.
Was riding yesterday and the bike was coughing and spluttering pretty bad, got home and found out the head gasket has gone, as i dont have the money to get one right now i have wacked my spare engine in.
I also put my spare wiring loom on because the old one has been chopped about were as my spare is original.
Anyway i put it all back together and went to start it, engine turns over perfect no problems there, pulled out the coil and stuck a plug in and there is no spark on all 4.
I have not changed the coils and they were working fine before i swapped everything, the cdi is still the same and i kept all the relays etc.
Coils are wired up right and earthed, the reg rec thats on now is a proper nc23 one so not sure if its anygood but this wouldnt stop the spark.
I even tried putting another cdi on and still the same no spark.
Any ideas guys?
Cheers

I'd go over every connection on the loom to make sure everythings plugged in. and possibly check connections to make sure youve not got verdigree on the spades. Its going to be frustrating but at least you will have doublechecked it.
apart from that.... Kill switch? it might be showing as on but once again, is it connected ok?

Well im going to leave it till friday now and sort it out then, i have another kill switch/stater so i can try that, im also going to use some sand paper and clean every connection to eliminate that.
