fork oil change

hey guys was going to do an oil change in the forks this morning,manual says 450cc for K models and 390cc for LMN models how do i tell what model mine is it is a K reg import thats all i know

what kinda forks do you have? Preload only or preload an damping adjustment? The later forks have both and will need the 390cc of oil.

thats the later type with both types of adjustmnt so 390cc. but do it on air gap rather than oil volume as there will be some residula oil in the forls even once drained.
