Need new discs

Post by duggyr » Tue Jan 17, 2012 6:18 pm

i am going to have to change my front discs because the bike shop say they are warped and this is the cause of brake judder.
ECB prolight xc seem to be a popular choice but they are lighter than OEM Honda standard discs that are on the bike at present . is the lighter front end going to cause problems with ride and handling?

Um yes... the lower rotational mass will make the bike handle better!

 ok, no your new discs will work wonders. Standard discs are very good tho and for most not worth upgrading if you can find a good 2nd hand set.
