new cylinder head?

So - take the rad cap off - have you enough fluid and what does it look like?

take the oil filler off - what does the oil look like?

You need to make sure the rads are full and no air locks. Fluid out the system is not too bad..it finds its level.

Sounds to me like the head gasket has gone mate. If there is constant bubbles in the tank when running then it is less likely to be excess air trapped unless it wasn't bled correctly in the first place. What sort of temperatures was it getting to when it was getting hot?
I saw it so I took it!

hi erm attemtped another bleed didnt work.
tried diff rad cap.

and i reckon u r correct head gasket as there is constant flow of bubbles going through the pipe to the exspansion bottle when heats up. n i did notice when riding was coming up to hot probs bout 110'c

Hi, you could try taking the thermosat out and see if its still overheating, sometimes they stick shut.
Cheers

Also check your coolant temp sensor isnt reading high.

There is also a coolant tester you can get, to see if there is exhaust gases coming though your cooling system.
